- 5Monthly sessions. We work the plan together. You get homework and the tools to do it.
- 6Quarterly scorecard. Every three months we count the hours and money saved, then set the next plan.

Starts at $899/month
Everything in Innovate, plus we roll up our sleeves and build it with you.

- Plus 10 hours of consulting or custom development, your call
- Bigger custom apps and software, built inside those hours. Very large builds are quoted separately.
- An in-person visit every month within 60 miles of Searsboro, IA. If you're farther, we'll talk through travel costs at our first meeting.
- Need more time? Extra hours are $80/hour.

Getting started
I'm not very technical. Is this for me?
Yes. Most owners we work with aren't. We explain things in plain words and build tools that fit how you already work.
How do I pay?
By card or bank account (ACH) through Stripe. Or sign up and Stripe emails you an invoice each month.
Is there a contract?
Innovate starts with a 3-month commitment, then goes month to month.
Can I switch plans or pause?
You can upgrade any time. Pay the difference to bring that month up to $899 and you get the full Transform hours right away. Downgrades and pauses start at your next billing date, once Innovate's first 3 months are done.
Hours, pricing & visits
What does "starts at $899" mean for Transform?
$899 covers 15 hours a month: the 5 hours of consulting plus 10 hours of consulting or development. The price only goes up if you need extra hours, at $80 an hour, or a big build we quote separately.
What counts toward my hours?
Time in sessions with you, prep time, and the time we spend building or setting up tools for you. Travel for included visits doesn't count.
Do unused hours roll over?
No. Hours are for that month.
How far will you travel?
Transform includes a monthly in-person visit within 60 miles of Searsboro, IA. If you're farther than that, we'll talk through travel costs at our first meeting. Innovate includes a meetup every quarter, at your place or somewhere nearby that works for both of us.
Apps & ownership
What counts as a small app?
One that does one job well, like a simple order form, a job tracker, or a tool that turns a spreadsheet into a report. Innovate includes one every 6 months. If it needs lots of screens, user logins or hooks into other systems, it's too big for 5 hours a month. That kind of build fits Transform, or we quote it separately.
Who owns the software you build?
You do. The code, the app and your data are yours.
Who pays for hosting and software subscriptions?
We host and manage your apps for you, and you're invoiced for the hosting and subscription fees.
