What you tell us

When you start a conversation, sign up for Grow Your Business, or send a Website Request, we get what you type in: things like your name, business, email, phone, and what you'd like help with. We use it to get back to you and do the work. The form is emailed to us through SendGrid.

If you arrive from an ad link, we keep which ad it was in a small cookie for 30 days, and when you send a form your details go into our own customer system.

If you pay online, Stripe handles the payment. We never see your full card or bank account number.

Analytics and ads

We use Google Analytics to see which pages people visit, so we know what's useful.

We also use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to see whether our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to sign-ups and messages. The pixel uses cookies and tells Meta which pages you visit and when you send a form or sign up. When you send a form or sign up, our server also tells Meta about it. That message includes your email, phone, and name, scrambled (hashed) before they leave our server, plus your IP address and browser details, so Meta can match it to an ad you saw. We don't send Meta what you wrote in the form.

Google and Meta handle that data under their own policies: Google Privacy Policy and Meta Privacy Policy.

Your choices

• Change the ads you see on Facebook and Instagram in your Meta ad preferences.
• Block or clear cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
• Opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out add-on.
• Ask us to see or delete what you've sent us. Just email us.

We don't sell or rent your information. Outside the services named above, we only share it if the law requires it.
